Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on koi9. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. koi9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify koi9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email at .
Prior to processing any withdrawal, koi9 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting:
koi9 aims to process KYC submissions within 1–24 hours on business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

koi9 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in a name other than your registered Account name. Any funds received from third-party accounts will be returned to the source, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

koi9 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using software or automated tools to exploit promotional structures, and any form of collusion. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.
koi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, the bonus portion of any remaining balance will be removed from the Account; any real-money balance will remain unaffected.

koi9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where a Wager appears to be in violation of these Terms. All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market.
A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's Account under the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond the platform's settlement window, proven data feed errors, force majeure events, or any other circumstance outlined in koi9's specific sports-betting or casino rules. Void bets in accumulator wagers reduce the accumulator leg count accordingly; they do not void the entire bet.
koi9 applies a maximum single-event payout cap, which is displayed in the relevant betting interface prior to placement. This cap applies regardless of the stake or the quoted odds. Players are advised to review the maximum payout for each market before placing high-value Wagers.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to short suspension periods during key match events such as goals, penalties, and red cards. Bets placed during an officially suspended market will be rejected. koi9 is not liable for connection delays or latency issues on the player's end that may affect in-play bet placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koi9's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
koi9 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if koi9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that betting and gaming carry an inherent risk of financial loss and that all Wagers are placed at your own risk. koi9 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any Wager.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting koi9 customer support via Live Chat or by emailing . Upon receiving your request, koi9 will process any outstanding Wagers, apply any applicable withdrawal conditions, and return your real-money balance via your preferred payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
koi9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination by koi9 for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned to the depositing payment method subject to koi9's standard verification procedures.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal obligations or to address security vulnerabilities. Your continued use of the koi9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
